Keep holding the power button until the indicator LED light begins to flash rapidly (usually orange or blinking green/red), or until an "Upgrading Software" progress bar appears on the screen.
Be very careful with unofficial Google Drive links found in forums. These can contain the wrong region's software, which might disable your tuner or flip your screen upside down.
