Note: If the Extension Warehouse was acting up (a common cause of "404" errors during install), Alex had a backup plan. He would have gone to the developer's website directly, downloaded the .rbz file to his desktop, and used the "Install Extension" button in the Preferences menu to point SketchUp directly to that file.
