Day 1, do not enter the bathhouse before 20:00. It’s bugged in some saves. Instead, go to the abandoned shed behind your house and pick up the Old Key . This key is now mandatory for the Shrine Maiden questline. Day 1 → Village gate → Miriam’s quest
