Along the way, they encounter Vicky (Elysia White), another survivor who claims to know of a secure bunker where they can hide. The group takes shelter there, but soon learns that even a well-defended hideout can become a prison when trust begins to erode and threats come from both outside and within.

The tension escalates dramatically when the group discovers an abandoned laboratory. Inside, they uncover secrets about the origins of the vampire plague and potential vulnerabilities of their predators. However, this discovery also draws the attention of a highly organized, intelligent faction of vampires, transforming their survival mission into an all-out battle for the future of humanity. Jeff Sinasac wore multiple hats for this production: director, writer, producer, editor, and visual effects person, as well as starring as the protagonist Ray. This level of creative control is typical of ultra-low-budget independent filmmaking, where one person often shoulders multiple responsibilities to bring a vision to life.
