Modders take an existing PSP open-world racing game—most commonly Test Drive Unlimited or Midnight Club: LA Remix —and completely rewrite its internal files. They replace the original assets with custom textures, menu layouts, music tracks, and car models inspired directly by Forza Horizon 4 .
