Insanity Asylum Volume 2 consists of over 30 days. Unlike Volume 1, which separates tests of speed, strength, or agility, Volume 2 introduces the “X Trainer,” which tests everything at once. Other workouts include “Upper Elite” (which lasts approximately 60 minutes), “Power Legs” (lasting roughly 55 minutes), and “Back & 6-Pack.”
